Q: What’s exciting to you about Long Grove’s future?
A: Long Grove has been an exciting journey from Day 1. It’s been amazing to contribute to such remarkable growth. We’ve doubled our product pipeline, yet we’ve never lost sight of what makes this place truly unique—our people. It’s rare to see a company grow so rapidly while preserving such a warm, collaborative, and open atmosphere. And we do that all while maintaining strong personal connections with our customers.
Q: What do you value about the generics market?
A: In this industry, it’s rewarding to know that we’re truly making a positive impact. It feels great to offer products that are both accessible and affordable for patients who need them. I’m grateful to do what I love, and even more so to work alongside talented, passionate people who share a commitment to our customers’ success—and have fun while doing it!
Q: What do you see as the next horizon for the industry?
A: I love that we’re focusing on product labeling and patient safety. It’s a natural fit for Long Grove and a meaningful way to make a difference. We’re problem-solvers at our core. We are just as committed to ending drug shortages and setting the standard for quality as we are dedicated to making our products safer and more user-friendly for everyone. I am proud of my team for supporting this important effort.
