Q: What do you see as the greatest opportunities ahead for Long Grove?

A: This is a company with a strong pipeline and a clear vision for the future. I feel inspired when I look around at my colleagues and see how we’re all committed to doing better today than we did yesterday. Our greatest opportunity is to establish and grow our customer relationships by creating value for our customers and providing patients with greater access to lifesaving medicines.

Q: What accomplishments are you most proud of?

A: I’m proud to have played a part in Long Grove’s incredible growth. We have a strong team across the organization that is delivering our products to market, and connecting those products with customers is so rewarding. I value how much more we have to offer to the market, our customers, and patients every year.

Q: What’s a good example of the Long Grove way of doing business?

A: We have an amazing team of experienced Major Account Executives with extensive, long-term customer relationships. Those relationships have been built with providers over many years. In this industry, everything is about people: understanding customer needs, going above and beyond, and continuing that over the long term. That is how reputations are earned.
