John is an experienced operations and strategy leader who has built and led manufacturing science, engineering and technology, and large-scale technical program management organizations for Baxter, Xellia Pharmaceuticals, and CAI, among other global corporations. Whether as a consultant or an operating owner, he maintains a relentless pursuit of operational excellence and continuous improvement: reducing bureaucratic red tape, eliminating waste, and making better decisions faster to improve sustainable product supply.
Q: Why do you work in healthcare?
A: Like so many who end up in this field, it’s personal: I have a number of family members who live with chronic illnesses, and I wanted to devote my career to helping people manage their health and live their fullest lives.
