Q: What do you value most about being part of the Long Grove Team?
A: I’m passionate about delivering excellent customer results and working nimbly and efficiently. It’s a delight to work with such a thoughtful, focused group of colleagues here at Long Grove. This is a smart, creative team that keeps the customer and patient at the center of all they do. Relationships are how we achieve impact, and I believe the relationships we’re building today will lead to even more great results for our customers and, ultimately, for patients.
Q: How do you build strong relationships with customers?
A: Each customer is different and unique, and that’s why no two solutions are entirely the same. I commit to active listening, understanding each customer’s pain points, and offering added value to them. There is no cookie cutter approach in this work. The most essential part of what I do is to understand the customer’s “why,” learn their systems and operations, and help them achieve excellent patient outcomes with the cost savings they are seeking.
Q: What inspires you to bring your best to work and life?
A: I truly love being a Dad to my three children, and I am so proud of their accomplishments as athletes. Each day, my kids motivate me to give my all – to be selfless, but also to take care of myself so that I can lead by example. My goal to give them the best of what I had in my own childhood and help make life even better for them.
